How to pay Utility bill via regalia gold

I have seen it multiple times, but still want to recheck, How can i pay Utility bills via Regalia Gold.

One way is Apay via smartbuy but that incurs 2.5% GST, Is it still worth it?

buying amazon pay vouchers from smartbuy will charge around 3% fees and gives reward rate of 6.6% from regalia gold.

But buying Apay vouchers by SBI Cashback gives 5% instantly.
So its much better to buy via SBI than Reglia gold which in turn gives 3.3%.

For other vouchers by Smart Buy, we can by those which donot incurr extra charges.
