How to maximize cashback on Citi Rewards Credit Card?

I want to know what are physical and online stores which come under the "apparel and department stores" category, because these categories only earn 10 points per Rs. 100.

Does stores like Dmart, MORE, Reliance Smart and online stores like JioMart, Myntra, BigBasket come under such accelerated rewards categories?

Please correct me here too - the cashback on these categories is effectively 2.8% (though it takes times to accumulate 10k points for cash redemption).

In my experience, all these accelerated categories are just showpiece.
Hardly anything comes under that, whether it be Citi rewards for departmental/apparel, Axis select for retail spends, BOB premier for travel, BOB Eterna for online spends.

They all are very random and keeps changing. And support simply denies saying merchant code is different.
RBI should make a guideline to show reward category being considered on OTP page, so that person is aware under which category it will be counted.
