Would any private or psb Indian Bank open an account of a foreign citizen who holds an Indian tourist/ evisa ? Ask the branch and let me know?

You cannot apply business card online via GT (passport route), you need to call them to apply using your passport and GT.
Even for the online application in my case using my friend's SSN, I had to provide my details as the beneficial owner and later the card couldn't activate as kept asking SSN/ITIN, so had to call them to manually activate the card using my passport details (verification).



Look up on Amex Global Transfer, you can apply personal card using GT/Passport but you do need a valid address proof in US, Amex has gotten strict about it and will insist on a utility bill or similar hard proof.

Could you figure the exact steps to get the utility bill and adress proof on your name ?

Hey ! I am having us bank account, lease document for address proof, us phone number.
But the issue is I'm having only add on cards (platinum charge & platinum travel) with more than 1 year old history with amex.
Can I get the us card if I apply as they only verify by using login credentials with amex which I also have as an add on card holder ?
And both the add on cards are also added in my credit history.
What do you think can I get the US card or not ?

Chat with AmEx India they would prob give you normal cards with that history.
