Hi, is there anyway for Indians (specifically non-PR/ citizenship holders) to get any singaporean credit card. Is there any way to transfer Indian Credit history to Singapore or existing credit relationship to Singapore?

If you have a work history and a valid legal permit to work and reside in Singapore, your best option is to apply for an American Express card through the Singapore website - especially if you already hold an existing Amex card in India.
The second-best option would be HSBC Premier.
If you don’t meet either of these criteria, then the answer is no.
