How to get Kotak Myntra Rupay variant

I wanted to apply for a Kotak Myntra Rupay variant.
Does anyone have recent experience in this? Which application channel should I follow to make sure I get the rupay variant?

Kotak myntra is dead

Reason? I didnt understand. It gives 1.25% unlimited on UPI transactions

Myntra 7.5 cashback is now shifted to axis flipkart.
So , I don't think kotak myntra application will open .

Application le hi nahi raha to kaise apply karega .
