Not able to apply for an Axis card. Terrible experience. When I try to apply online, it doesn't allow me because of my single name. When I try to apply offline, the staff has no clue and says that I need a pre-approved offer in order to apply. I already have a Vistara card, which I applied offline. But the dedicated CC person no longer works there. Can anyone help here please?
