How is IDFC First Savings Account (25K AMB) and Debit Card?

Thinking of opening a savings account with 25K AMB.
There seems to be only a charge of Rs. 100 for Debit card issuance. Rest everything is free. Am I right?

Also, lounge access with the Debit card will not need any other conditions to be met, right?

Any concerns others have faced?

There is no issue charges in idfc 25k mab account.
*99 charges is for first-tap dc(2nd dc).
