How Indusind iOS users are surviving?

Yesterday I opened a account & installed the App. Then the nightmare started, almost every crucial feature ain't working at all. For every thing there this is, go to error prompt "Sorry! We could not process your request currently. Please try again."

Tried registering for bhim upi: error couldn't send sms try again.
Tried seeing my cvv & expiry: error.
Tried registering face id: error.
Tried adding beneficiary: error.
one time transfers: error
Tried complaining to customer care: they're not understanding anything & has zero knowledge about indusInd bank products, services & issues.

I don't know about Android but iOS app is nightmare for sure

Both Android/iOS apps suck. Indusind app doesn't have a proper IT team even. Don't bother wasting time on customer care - nothing will happen.

I don't use their app, but their netbanking just barely serves my purpose, usually. It often hangs for ever, and some features frequently don't work!

Their customer service is not much good either. Reachus usually responds with nonsense. Then, on pushing, they ask me to visit the branch!

I've shelved my plan of enhancing my relationship with them for now.

Only saving grace, my SB account works fine with UPI, -- perhaps thanks to Amazon Pay.
