How does Indusind Card Upgrade work - Legend to Pinnacle

I have a legend card for long now I have an option to upgrade my savings to exclusive

But I want to change my select card to Pinnacle so it stays zero MAB, what is the process and how easy is it

Getting discountined and Got discontinued is two different things

You just have to maintain the amount in your account before making any request through WhatsApp or via call, 50k for getting upgraded to select and 100k for exclusive and there is no option to select the debit card variant, I have received visa signature select by default , you may request the representative to get your desired variant card.

Getting discountined and Got discontinued is two different things

But isn't it obvious that if they are discontinuing exclusive account they will not offer this account as upgrade to existing customers?

I'm posting my issue here before creating a new thread if I don't get response :

Holding Legend CC LTF and want to upgrade to Pinnacle CC LTF or with minimal charges. What's the best way to get this done? I was thinking to open ZERO MAB/QAB Exclusive Savings A/C after taking Pinnacle CC.

For a long time, I was being bombarded by customer care executives of IndusInd Bank to take Pinnacle CC by paying Rs. 15k joining fee which I repeatedly denied.

Now, I'm thinking of getting Legend CC closed and maybe they offer me LTF upgrade to Pinnacle CC at the time of closure in case they negotiate. Someone said that I should get Legend CC closed and after 3 or 6 or whatever is the cooling period, I can again apply for fresh Pinnacle CC with joining fee of Rs. 5k which would be the best way.

I'm also in pretty much same scenario, spam calls i receive for paid upgrade are from some third-party not bank.

I'm also thinking to close the legend cc.
