How do you Brew your Coffee?

I am gonna answer your question as a home brewer

Now, I want to ask that do these machines work for just a single cup of coffee a day? Can I keep these beans for months, if not grounded (I am not punctual on having coffee daily).

Coffee beans are roasted roughly according to dark, medium and light roasts. Darker the roast, lighter the caffeine but stronger the taste.
As a home brewer I stick to light to medium roasts because i like black coffee.
Now to your question, a coffee bean peaks in flavour 10-14 days in flavour and gradually reduces. I recommen finishing coffee in 2 months from date of roasting.

Can I use a mixer grinder instead of a manual coffee grounder?

I personally buy beans so that i can manually grind them everyday.. Its fresher that way, obviously. However you can also buy beans from your favourite cafe, and ask them to grind it to a size of your liking.

Can I simply boil ground coffee in water like tea, instead of getting a drip machine?

Buy a V60 and filter paper. Youtube James Hoffman for the recipe. And you will have a clean cup of coffee. I saved you a lot of money and learning curve by avoiding French press and Drip machines.

V60 is a classic. You cant beat it.

And can this drip machine make milk coffee or only black coffee? (I couldn't understand if it makes diluted coffee ready to be served or espresso, which can be added to milk or water as per choice)

Very tough to extract coffee strong enough for milk at home. Thats why i only drink milk coffees at a cafe that has machines worth lakhs that use high pressure to extract espresso.

Go to blue tokai website. Try out their tester/sampler pack of 3 or 5

Order one dark roast, one medium roast and one light roast.

BUY AN AGARO HAND GRINDER. Grind your coffee everyday.

USE a V60 and filter paper.

Black coffee is an acquired taste. Try to understand suble flavours.

Personally for me its part of my post meditation practice and I find making coffee alone meditative.

Thank you so much, I actually can send massage one (Please DM your choice).
Can you also share me the v60 links, I don't know where to buy.
And now I purchased instant coffee for the next 2 months, hence will save this and do this later.
Can local cafe, actually roast and give me fresh beans? And if yes, how much do they cost? And I can just pay them a visit and ask them for it?

What's a coffee?
A coffee is a type of beverage, which in my opinion most of us north Indians don't know how to enjoy. We buy nescafe gold and don't know the difference between blend and non blend.
It's primary purpose for people like me to avoid sleep and concentrate on studies, for first 3-4 years nescafe bottle or 2rs sachets do the job, but as the time passes you want to try something new, hence I am trying to learn on how coffee is brewed.

I am aware you're joking. Please consider this reply the same.

Thank you for your interest in this wonderful bean. There is a growing coffee movement because brewing a right cup of coffee is almost science, but is also a great hobby

Generally a farm grows coffee called green beans. A roaster buys it and roasts it in different ranges - light, dark, medium. A cafe may source from different roasters and sell these. So most cafes already have a bag of pre roasted beans.
If i walk into a cafe, i buy the beans because i like to hand grind mine every morning. However, when starting off, just pick up a bag, take it to the barista and ask him to grind it to a coarse or medium coarse size for V60 pourover coffee

Some coffee shops like Third Wave roasts their own coffee.. some single owner ones source from different roasters.

A good bag of 250 grams Arabica beans costs somewhere between 400-600 rupees depending on the farm it is from.

As someone from Bangalore, we live around a lot of coffee... I was only last Saturday in a coffee making competition. It's a fun community. Plus lots of yummy coffee..

Understood, I don't think I can get beans that were roasted by a local barista. Would buy online then.
Might try paying Barista, Starbucks a visit though.

yes blue tokai is a great place to start. It stocks some great beans. Try the pack of 3 starter.
Buy a V60 and filter paper from amazon

and buy pourover grind (you can choose among many grinds on blue tokai)

And begin your journey. Once you start beans, instant coffee kinda starts feeling fake. (But i do sometimes still drink a nescafe gold and milk combo)

What is Brew ? I only know Bru, Nescafe and Sunrise 🤣

No but seriously, people have time to brew their coffee in this day and age? Instant is so awesome. Lately I am addicted to Bevzilla's flavours - Hazelnut, Classic, Vanilla & Butterscotch
