Hi, I tried Colombian brew and found it to be just fine.
Now, I am thinking of trying freshly ground coffee, which I've never tried (even in cafes, I don't think I've ever ordered coffee without milk).
From what I understand, I am thinking of buying a Morphy Richards drip machine and a manual coffee grinder, and can buy Blue Tokai beans.
Now, I want to ask that do these machines work for just a single cup of coffee a day? Can I keep these beans for months, if not grounded (I am not punctual on having coffee daily).
Can I use a mixer grinder instead of a manual coffee grounder?
Can I simply boil ground coffee in water like tea, instead of getting a drip machine?
And can this drip machine make milk coffee or only black coffee? (I couldn't understand if it makes diluted coffee ready to be served or espresso, which can be added to milk or water as per choice)
Those who have experience in this, please do help me out, as I want to try good coffee and all my relatives think Nescafe gold or Davidoff is as good as it gets at home.
Thank you.
