How can I confirm pre approved offer?

Hi TF,
Today I got message from ICICI BANK about pre approved credit card. The message says:
"We tried reaching you for a pre-approved ICICI Bank Credit Card with no joining & annual fee. Give missed call on 02269910001 for callback"
Can anyone confirm this msg is legit or not?
