I have applied and there was no ask on the preferred card except card network and was given signet cc with 2L limit the same day. I was looking for Celesta Visa.

They r morons. Happened with me also. After multiple card application i got this correct card.

No. I never activated the 2 cards they sent me. 3rd time i got the correct one. I mever activated the wrong cards rhey sent.
