Higher authority to complaint for Airtel Thanks App Utility Payment

I have paid bill on 17th March, still it is showing the same status
Same bro, I also paid the electricity bill on 17th March and still it's showing in progress. I already contacted Axis credit cards customer support, but they mentioned the payment is done from there side and Airtel customer care don't able to help in any way. I seriously don't understand what to do now
 
Did it get resolved? And if yes can you please tell how did that happen and how much time did it take?

Yes its resolved. I have received the refund automatically. Don't remember after how many days though. It's been a long time.

Yes, just check now, my refund also received. But transaction status is still in progress, waise ab chahe success ho jaye, apna paisa aa gya 😃😅

Anyone found any solution of this, I also did the electricity payment on 17 mar 205, still showing in progress, no option found to contact their support, airtel payments Bank not accepting it, closing the ticket saying this TXN id is not their. Bbps also not accepting, they are asking for bbps refrence number. I don't understand what option I have to connect theri support?
