Process of file comlpain on bob :-

Complaint already made 1 week ago through that link. They shamelessly closed the complaint next day with comments "mail your concern to debitcard@bankofbaroda.com". Then complaint was reopened by account holder citing problem not solved, and email also sent to that mail id.

Next day again complaint closed with comments "visit base branch".

Also, nobody bothered to reply from that dc email id. Forget reply, not even an acknowledgement of email came.

After that yesterday branch visit was done and what happened at branch I already narrated here.

Can we downgrade the account to 2k MAB variant after a few months without issues?
