Help needed ICICI Amazon Pay credit Card

I had a salary account with ICICI which is now closed. I have a Amazon pay credit card (I've misplaced the card and don't have photos either). I only know the last 4 digits of that card.
Both the salary account and CC were linked to a single user ID.
Now when I try to login to iMobile it asks to authenticate via debit card or NetBanking. I tried to enter the user ID. But it says user ID is disabled.
I've mailed ICICI to activate the user ID but they're replying that my email is not updated and I need to update the email ID by logging in to iMobile or NetBanking.

Note: I am receiving incorrect pin emails from ICICI. So my email is there in their system.

What are my options here?

That doesn’t seem prudent. And raises fair questions about intent.

You should be concerned about misuse of your misplaced card and should get the existing card blocked.
