Hey, anyone who is looking for HDFC Tata Neu Rupay Credit Card for UPI purpose. There's another option. HDFC has started providing HDFC Rupay UPI Credit Card to it's existing credit card customer. Check it via MyCards portal. Annual fees of just Rs.250+gst, waived of on spends of Rs.25000 only. Check if you have got the same offer in MyCards portal or not.

No, I mean variant in Rupay, like Classic/Platinum/Select, don't think it will be Select but out of other 2

I showed interest for HDFC UPI credit card about two months back. It allowed me to apply yesterday. I got the card as FYF.

I have got the banner and i applied last night. I can see the card ( BN 653029**) now in mycards and hdfc app as well but card is showing DORMANT with 0 credit limit. maybe it will be ready to use in coming days. Any idea if i will be charged 250+INR joining fees ? If yes then is there any way to waive off or get some cashback or something. 2nd year onwards it will be very easy to achieve 25K per year, just worried about joining fees. BTW i already have HDFC Indian oil LTF.

FYF or not is written while applying, if you missed, you can call CC and know about FYF and also about DORMANT status...

I saw 250+GST from 2nd year but dont remember anything about FYF or something. Not a big amount though but has anyone got it as first year free or something. Recently got ICICI rupay card thats LTF by default for all. This one has got cashpoint stuff but return rate is somewhat OKish.

250+gst from 2nd year in itself means its FYF, usually also it is given FYF.

yes spend based, in july 2023 spent around 14k got voucher of 250, though i am not able to redeem due to their reward portal login otp not coming on my number. they are suggesting turn off DND to get SMS (WHAT?)...

havn't tried but should work. Tried using it as usual card online by entering card no etc, works good so should work in sales too.

It showed on my Payzapp too. It showed i'm not eligible for it. Maybe because i already have it

Fees on Payzapp app is showing ₹250.
Fess on Mycards is ₹99. I applied just now. Got card activated.

This is my first rupay CC. Lets see how it works.
