Anyone starting receiving again UPI and online payment transactions 1% waiver from yours hdfc IRCTC credit card please confirm?

Also, why don't you book tickets on irctc via smartbuy. You will get 5% additional cashback (which is capped at 1000/monthly) in addition to the 5X Reward points and 1% Credit Card transaction fee waiver.
only for train ticket booking in irctc website and fuel(between 400 and 5000), 1% transaction fee waiver is applicable according to hdfc irctc rupay credit card terms and conditions.
although smartbuy doesn't charge transaction fee for hdfc irctc rupay credit card, i got 1% transaction fee for some transactions. i think this might be error on their side and they may stop the waiver once they find their error.
in irctc website, use the following payment method to get 1% transaction fee waiver although it says visa/master card only
Payment Gateway/Credit card/Debit card->Visa/Master Card(Powered by HDFC BANK).
for other payment gateways, transaction fee reversal didnt work for me till now.

As per IRCTC product term i was supposed to get 5% cashback on the irctc smartbuy spend and it's a core feature of the product
Now they are saying its only 1% and no notification received on change of terms even today website says 5%
Please can i raise a case with RBIO ?

i am also facing same issue from november 12th 2024 and receiving only 1% cashback.
i have sent mail to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com on november 23rd. i have to wait till december 2nd to know if they are resolving it
This is getting a mess day by day
After a lot of escalation i have got 5%
But after i did another transaction and story remains the same i got 1%
I have escalated again
i received remaining 4% cashback.
i made 3 transactions in november(till 28th). for those 3 transactions, 3 respective 4% cashback credits are posted on dec 1st 2024.
it seems they are consolidating 4% cashback and posting on next month starting similar to 4x additional reward points
i am yet to receive mail reply from customer care
Hope they don't remove this feature 🙏 this is the only best irctc card in market
Yes HDFC and smart buy made the card a big mess
for my last transaction in smartbuy on november 30th 2024, cashback is posted in 2 lines on december 3rd 2024

my assumption is
irrespective of any credit cards, they seem to provide 1% cashback first.
Then additional cashback applicable to respective credit card(4% for hdfc irctc cc) is added.
by spliting 5% cashback into 1% and 4% cashback, full 5% cashback is not received. 1-2rupees is received less

1% cashback is shown in hdfc smartbuy website. (earlier it used to show 5%cashback and it is applicable to all credit cards). Now, it seems only 1% cashback is applicable for all credit cards.
i acknowledge irctc credit card additional 4% cashback credit and agree for total 5% cashback.
I got it clarified from RM
For now for next few days we will get 5%
Hope it stays for long time
HDFC IRCTC is the easiest card to get milestone benefits of 500 per quarter (Just 30k spend per quarter is enough to get 500 milestone voucher)

Now that HDFC partnered with confirm TKT what's the rewards rate? Still 5X points+5% cashback+1% TXN fee Waiver?
Hdfc partnering with confrmtkt is only for smartbuy.
But for irctc card integration is still with irctc.
I booked ticket last week itself and it was irctc integration so reward is unchanged for hdfc irctc card.
