HDFC Infinia - Ray of Hope or No Hope?

TF Premier
Hi experts,

My attempts to upgrade to Infinia are on for about 2 years now & with my recent upgrade request, I have shared the upgrade documents online. Today, I received this text message. I am eager to know if this means something positive or it’s just a system generated response & has no value?
FYI, I was asked for 3 months salary slip & bank statement. Even though I had shared 1 month payslip already along with the upgrade form. Challenge is, I have just 1 month payslip since I joined a new organisation last month.

For every SR the case resolved message ata hai.. You need to check your email.. If they have asked time to look into the issue - ray of hope.
For upgrade they would have asked either fill consent form or send consent as a reply via mail regarding terms and conditions - hope
Rest - no hope - case closed

This is common SR completion budddy…check mail for exact resolution🙂

Ok, so over email they asked for 3 month payslips. Like I mentioned, I have only one month slip which is with my new company. This close to meets the take home salary eligibility.

Recently they’ve gotten very strict around the income requirements and if they’ve asked you 3 month slip, you have to wait for 2 more months else go via limit + spends route for upgrade
