Recently i have opened digi save youth account as per the website it show they will provide moneyback debit card , so since i wanted millienia i did a upgrade request to milinea through net banking but i received millinea in the kit and a separate one so now i have 2 millienia debit cards so will i be charged for both and if yes can i earn 400rs cachback per month on both cards?

Only 1 DC is allowed per account. So, activate only one and you will be charged once. Don't activate or transact using the other card as it might attract charges (replacement/reissue charges). Regarding pin generation you can refer the following link, you can generate it using Net Banking or Mobile Banking:
