HDFC Credit Limit Increased from 15.5 lakh to 17.05 Lakh

HDFC is offering increase in credit limit.....My wife received SMS regarding increase in credit limit...Increased to 17.05 Lakh

I have been using my LTF HDFC Millenia (limit 1.4L) for around 2.5 years now, with monthly spends of 15K–20K. Despite spending over 5L in the last year, I never received a limit enhancement. Today, I noticed that I have been offered a meagre LE of just ₹14K. Should I accept it or wait for a better offer? I am aiming to get my limit to at least ₹1.5L, which would make me eligible for cards like the Tata Neu Infinity and possibly Regalia Gold. I was ineligible for the last LTF offer on the Tata Neu Infinity because my limit was below ₹1.5L. Also, does Regalia Gold have a similar 1.5L eligibility criterion?

I got puny limit increase from 3.35 to 3.80 last year after submission of my ITR >30 L. Limit is almost stagnant since 2023. Had spends of more than 8 lakhs last year. Of all my cards, HDFC has the lowest limit. At the same time I received generous limit increases from Amex, SBI, ICICI ,Axis and Indus Ind. Stopped pursuing HDFC and put my Regalia Gold inside drawer.

Nothing harm in taking when it comes as we mature with more number of cards the CL enhancement offers reduce

Ask SBI. You increase CL somehwere else and they deny you their cashback card or any other card saying over-leveraged persons not welcome.

"Person" word is not gender neutral. PerDaughter should be introduced for girls/women now.. That will reinforce gender equlity in a big way and also female card holder will get more LE.
