HDFC Credit Card Upgrade

Hello
I currently have HDFC Freedom Credit Card LTF with limit 5 lakh

HDFC salary account with net credit of 2.2L

I want to upgrade to better variant.
I spoke to one bank agent, they said DCP they can give LTF based on salary, RG they denied.

Is it a good deal or should I ask for another ?
Can someone help with getting Regalia Gold ?

For a net credit of 2.2L that too in HDFC salary account, very surprising they denied RG.
You should try writing email until PNO starting with grievance team. Dont talk to any agents, try sending email.

Yes, DCP LTF is for 1 lakh. You should be getting RG as LTF.

Don't talk to branch or any agent. They don't know much details. For 5L limit, upgrade to Regalia Gold is easily available. Just mail your request to HDFC Grievance team, they'll upgrade it to RG for sure. Tell them your existing relationships with their bank as well.

RG is available to everyone having 3L+ limit. Not sure about LTF though.
