HDFC Blocked Account Without Valid Reason

Complaint to cpgram portal, you will get your resolution done 2-3days

Filed a complain to CPgram portal. its been 3 days no resolution yet. Anyone suggest me what steps should I take. Its now more than 20 days.

A Quick Update to all. After a Month of Struggle, HDFC has finally unblocked my Mom's Savings account on 5th July 2025. She has now closed the HDFC bank account. Will open a new one in IDFC First Bank. IF you guys have any suggestions, please let me know.

Idfc also has bad history with freezing accounts. Make sure to not use UPI much atleast initially.

Yes, Noted you point. Recently I opened an Account with IDFC and after getting my welcome kit, I activated the Net Banking. Within a second, I got a verification call and they ask me whether I am doing it or not. After asking few questions like My Name, DOB, they unfreeze my account. However, it happen with accounts opened through Video KYC. Accounts open in branch have less chances of getting freeze. I personally verify this with some of my friends and colleagues.

Actually, I open this IDFC account 6 months ago. Just sharing my initial days experience. Till now no issues from the bank.
