Yes, Noted you point. Recently I opened an Account with IDFC and after getting my welcome kit, I activated the Net Banking. Within a second, I got a verification call and they ask me whether I am doing it or not. After asking few questions like My Name, DOB, they unfreeze my account. However, it happen with accounts opened through Video KYC. Accounts open in branch have less chances of getting freeze. I personally verify this with some of my friends and colleagues.
