HDFC Bank - Last name not showing

I'm an HDFC Savings Account holder under the Preferred category.
Recently, I've noticed a strange issue – my NetBanking portal and mobile app are displaying only my First Name, whereas earlier it used to show both First and Last Name.
This change isn't just limited to the interface:
  • My Debit Card has been issued with only my First Name.
  • Letters and communication from the bank are addressed to my First Name only.
  • Even the Interest Certificate that I download shows only my First Name.
However, when I check my profile details in NetBanking, it clearly shows both my First and Last Name correctly.

I reached out to my Relationship Manager (RM), and while he confirmed that my full name is correctly recorded in their system, he couldn’t provide a reason for the discrepancy or a solution.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Could this be a system-level change or a backend profile mapping issue?
Would appreciate any guidance on how to get this corrected.
