HDFC Bank credit card payment not credited

I paid hdfc credit card bill payment from Mobikwik app on 01/10/22. Almost 6 days gone, still amount not credited in my hdfc card. Mobikwik shows it is successful from their end.
Bill amount was Rs 5640. Do you face this failure? I faced this problem first time from Mobikwik.

All cards. Plus we get some real cashback for payments above ₹1000 unlike other platforms

I use cred for small payments. I use other apps for big payments as I get cashback on debit card. I use PayTm mostly and get cashback through millennia debit card.

You can get cashback on milennia debit card by just adding that money and transferring it back to account

As far as i know Paytm does not flag/block accounts adding money using dc

Yes, I use to make credit card payment and transfer to bank account also.... Easy way to earn Rs 400 without any hard work. 😌😀

I have Platinum DC. Only 1% cashback through HDFC portal

Sorry, I have no idea. I think there is no option to check it. Only one way is there, do a transaction on Mobikwik and wait for three months to receive Cashback.
