Once in a while, you get these emails on escalation chain. There is a area/city branch Banking head.

I had worst experience when the RM actually called me to his branch and disappeared to another customer without any emergency. Full waste of my time. Until then, I didn't bother about lack of service. But this was the last straw.

I emailed the branch banking head and narrated the incident and made them change my RM to a branch near me. Because before that, I could not get service in this branch also, as they said contact RM. Now at least my RM is from same branch, so fine. It's convenient for him to come home as well, if needed for minor stuff sometimes.
