Have you closed your IDFC Mayura Card?

How many of you have closed your Mayura Credit Card? I am going to close tomorrow. Have the aniversary in August but can't take chance as Renewal Fees is steep and benefits are very less. Though I lover the design of card but have to close it because of Renewal Fees.

IDFC don't ship metal card till you pay joining fee. So unless you wish to spend 3500 rs for metal collection, just don't do it.

Gentlemen, kindly enlighten on this query..
My card closure is due before 24 Aug.. Statement date is 22 Aug for Mayura..

I have 19k points at present and some addl points will be there for present statement till 15(22) August{assuming safe date for card closure request}.
Any idea/ Is it possible to redeem for this 11th month trx.s before I close my card?

I am planning to keep the card due to my upcoming international trip and trip is confirmed only 75% but tickets booked already. So i will get refund via trip insurance through mayura card since I made payments for half of the flights via mayura card . And I am holding 20k rewards points but not getting good chance to redeem it .

I am keeping this, just for the design. I hold on to happiness in any way I can. 😇
