Basically it is a C2C AU Card Application process + you get the card LTF .

I tried with all my cards but the same error
“Entered credit card number is not recognised” something like this error comes up

Existing au card holders it says card dispatched haha
There is no option for their own customers to move to next card

After this error, don't the website takes you to old cc application portal where they provide Altura, Altura+, Vetta, LIT ?

I tried in Feb, same error and then transferred to old cc application portal

Did it show LTF on screen or later agent confirmed based on employer ?

In my case it showed chargeable so I dropped the application and then AU agent called and said it’s LTF
However I have still not applied yet and reported this error to PNO
Will apply once PNO confirms

It showed charges, but since we initiated the application process through Swipe up, that card would be LTF.
her card came LTF with -NIL- written on the joining fees and annual fees.

Today Received LTF AU Zenith card. Applied in Swipe UP Platform based on HDFC Infinia Credit Limit of 15 Lac. First page displayed lifetime free zenith but in last submit page, it showed charges. Still went ahead and received a LTF Zenith Card.

Applied on 20th March and received today. Pretty fast.
