My Axis Bank Vistara Credit Card was renewed in November 2024, and I’ve successfully completed the required milestone spends. However, Axis has not credited the milestone business class vouchers yet.
I’ve already mailed my complaint to Axis customer care and even escalated it to the CEO’s office, but I’ve received no response at all.
Axis has sent a notice, stating different policies for customers depending on their renewal date. Since mine was in November 2024, I believe I should be eligible for the milestone benefit vouchers, but the bank isn’t honoring it.
Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Would appreciate any suggestions or shared experiences.
