Has anyone else faced issues with Axis Bank not crediting milestone vouchers on Vistara Credit Card?

My Axis Bank Vistara Credit Card was renewed in November 2024, and I’ve successfully completed the required milestone spends. However, Axis has not credited the milestone business class vouchers yet.

I’ve already mailed my complaint to Axis customer care and even escalated it to the CEO’s office, but I’ve received no response at all.

Axis has sent a notice, stating different policies for customers depending on their renewal date. Since mine was in November 2024, I believe I should be eligible for the milestone benefit vouchers, but the bank isn’t honoring it.

Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Would appreciate any suggestions or shared experiences.

Since your renewal date was before 18th april, hence you won’t get any milestone benefit. Please read the axis notification sent out in march carefully

As per notification, milestone benefits are applicable if card is renewed before April and the cards renewed after April will not get any milestone benefits. Am I missing anything?

I think only if you paid renewal fees between notification date & 18th April, then you were eligible for milestone benefit. Because that was too short of notice. For rest, this card is dead.
