Has anyone customized their Credit Card. I have seen videos of foreign people customizing their cards, has anyone tried it here?

Kotak n ICICI allow you to choose/upload your own images as background on some of their cards. I created few cards with my own Tirumala temple photos.

No I have seen people taking out chip and putting it in customized Metal Cards or applying Skins to Credit Cards

Yes. There are a lot of people who do this for you. You can specify your design and give your name, card number, expiry date, CVV etc and they will laser etch it on the card. Then you can remove the chip from your plastic card and stick it on your metal card. A better option is to ship your existing card to the guy and he will do the transfer for you. I have asked for 2 of my cards to be done. Will post photos when I get them.
