This is one of reasons can't compare the hospitality and experience with IHG, Hyatt, Marriot or Hilton.
Tried to book a hotel in Chandigarh total cost coming without breakfast for 2 adults is 87.08
So if accor poins 2000 = euro 40 or even 39.84 euro
I should able to use 39.84+39.84 euro which is 79.68 or should able to use 4k points
and should left with 7.4 euro which is payable at hotel
but I am not able to use more than 2000 points that's insane
What to do ?
Also in the end you are paying something from your pocket not like other hotel chain.
Here you have to redeem points only in multiple of 2000
What is the benefit of having accor?
Also the dinning breakfast discount is scam 50% off .
So regular price with room is 850 + taxes reservation told be it will be 990 something so for 2 it would be 2000 INR approx .
50% Discount is 1000 and divided by 2 people 500 rs
But if you buy with room you getting at 590 rs each ? wtf
Also had really bad experience with Staff , She don't know anything and saying you wanna book or not hahah
Hopefully I try to not make a image of accor with this experience but don't know
