Wdym, I seen on reddit someone getting physical card without any request from customer side. Even if hdfc charge later for the physical card issuance, it's only 100rs standard fee.

Bro, the older card remains active even the newer comes, i had used this feature and saw my both card was active, now you can guess what a customer can loss

The whole point of reissue option is, you get same card number as your existing virtual UPI card. No additional cards shown in mycards.

Same here. No confirmation. But 2 days later I got delivery sms from bluedart.

I think hdfc started issuing physical card due to increasing number of merchant disabling UPI on cc. They also issued this card as 1st card to many on affiliated platforms like cashkaro. Now with physical card they can avail pos merchant swipe discounts.
