even reward program is not transparent. There is no TnC on which merchant will qualify for 0.5% gems on Megastar DC, I called their cc they were clueless

Sad reality that bank also just lure customers to open account by advertising core benifit and once enough accounts are opened they are like bye bye core feature.

They called me yesterday. asking to do some fd or investment.
Acche se sunaaya. kaha I don't have trust in your bank which changes policies like this in just 6 months of their program. I was one of your first 50 customers. gave a lot of feedback to improve your system/app and then you brought these tier assessment changes. I am going to close the account, why would I do a FD with you? Right now, you are promising some certain interest and after sometimes you can change that too. He first tried to justify and then at last said - sorry and told me he would pass this feedback to their team which obviously he won't.
