M savings Account m jada funds rakhta nhi hu.

Yeh saale 1 lakh 1 hafte ke liye Air m daal diye.

Aur bol rahe hai 3 days m waapis aajayega .
Mne kha mujhe mat bta kab aayega, 7 days se phle refund nhi aane waala.

Phle 7 din ka 1 lakh pe 15% ke According interest bhi refund kar ,phir baat kariyo refund ki. Phir m refund Accept bhi karuga.

Mne bol diya agar refund aayega toh 15% ke interest ke saath nhi toh Phir RBI complaint register hogi, toh apna drama RBI ke saamne karna.

Without context i thought air is some feature by this app 🤣

they are charging brokerage for equity too now
for a/c before aug 2022 no brokerage
any way to force them to give that plan now?

But they are charging platform fee. Why?

DOes anyone know can we withdraw the fund after the initial funding and not wait for 72hrs for the account to get converted to megastar? Would withdrawing the funds affect that tier conversion?

They have told me, 50k initial funding shouldn't be withdrawn before i am upgrading to megastar.

Indusind wale bade khurafati hain, last month call aaya ki aapke account pe offer hai 20k funding kro, 30 June tak maintain kro to next month 250 cashback milega. Maine turant kar diya. Cashback nhi aaya to abhi 2 din pehle customer care ko phone kiya. 40-45 minute khrab kar diye "kya aapka call hold kar sakti hoon", "senior se puchhti hoon" "Sorry for the long pause sorry for the delay" Aur last me boli ki ye offer other accounts pe tha aapka to digital account hai. Call karne se pehle inko acche se pta tha ki ye digital account hai fir bhi Target achieve karne ke liye logo ko hutiya bnate hain.

Their system is broken. Have had my personal experience.

I think for long is to earn money from customer( 1860)

And their videos branch never work.

Received a call from Indie Team. They thought that I was struck at the Application Process. So they called me to explain on how to install the app and open a account.

But I informed them that I have completed everything and did the initial funding also.

She said that since I have initially funded 51k, I will be upgraded to Megastar. I did not ask abt the timeframe and all.

Initial Funding With IndusInd Netbanking
got Failed. Then tried with IndusInd Debit Card and this time it went through.

50k got Struck should have directly gone with Debit Card 🙁

Update :- The Failed Netbanking Funding Got Credited in my Indie account. Now I've 1L in Indie Account. But They still haven't issued me any Debit Card and There is no Change In Tier.

I already hold select account, so what benifit does indie has ?
