Hey everyone,

I'm in a bit of a nightmare situation here and hoping the Reddit community can lend some wisdom or shared experiences. I'm currently missing a whopping ₹51001 after multiple UPI transactions to my IndusInd Bank account, and it feels like I'm screaming into the void when I try to reach customer service.

Let me break down this mess:

First Round of Trouble: April 30, 2025I tried to take advantage of a "Megastar Account deposit offer" and sent two UPI payments: ₹50,000 and ₹1,000. These went from my Slice Savings Account (ending XXXX) straight to my IndusInd Bank account (15XXXXXXXXX). The money left Slice, no problem. But it never showed up in IndusInd. I've got a Case ID: 7315XXXX for this, but it's just been sitting there. but i got the money back Refund for NEF637481 1000 on 3rd may and UPI REFUND RRN 51201649 DT 29052025 on 29th may 2025 .But still as of now i didn't get any response to my Case ID: 7315XXXX.

Second Round of Trouble: June 9, 2025 (Literally Today!)
Foolishly, maybe, I gave them another shot. I saw the same "Megastar Account deposit offer" pop up on my INDIE app and thought, "Okay, maybe the first time was a fluke." So, I sent another ₹50,000 and ₹1,001 via UPI from Slice to IndusInd. You guessed it – money gone from Slice, but still nowhere in IndusInd.

So now, I'm out a total of ₹51001. I've been emailing and calling IndusInd's customer care non-stop for the past few days, and it's like trying to talk to a brick wall. No one's picking up, no one's resolving anything.

I've got all the proof you could ask for: screenshots of the transactions, email confirmations from Razorpay, and every single transaction ID.

I'm incredibly stressed and honestly, pretty helpless right now. This isn't pocket change for me.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with UPI transactions just... disappearing? Especially with IndusInd Bank?

What's my next move here?
I've already hit the customer care wall and even sent an email to the CEO as a desperate last resort. Are there specific regulatory bodies like the RBI Ombudsman or consumer forums I should be contacting?

What are the realistic chances of getting my ₹51001 back, and should I even hope for any compensation for all this stress and delay?

Any guidance, advice, or even just a comforting word would be hugely appreciated. Thanks for listening!

Register a complaint with the source bank i.e. Slice Small Finance Bank Limited.

" with same info i sent the mail to IndusInd reachus@indusind.com and got the system reply as " We aim to provide you with a solution or a clear timeframe for resolution within the next 3 business days.."

He must have received otherwise he would have made huge hue and cry....For yesterday's failed transaction he is complaining same day...People do not have patience and press panic button immediately...Normally failed transaction is reversed within 72 hours, if you raise NPCI complaint, you will get back funds within 7 days
 
Yes Bro,They have issues with some UPI transfers(think they do have compatibility issue with some payment providers,In my case I used navi upi).I too have same problem some months ago.After that I added my indie account to my hdfc.And amount transferred with out nay issues till now.You will receive your money back in either of the account with in 7-10 working days

Bro register complaint with CPGRAM against indusind . You will get resolution in 3 to 5 working days .
 
Check your mail once you might have received razorpay payment conformations. If yes just wait for 3 days it credit to your indie/indusind account.

So if you received the money ( the first installment of 51k) on 29th may, then technically when you posted yesterday (9 June) the amount you should have mentioned should have been 51k for the second installment. But you have mentioned.

Why the incomplete info? You have a failed to mention in your original post that you got the first installment back..
You know you will get the remaining back same like the first installment..
What is the purpose of this post?
 
So if you received the money ( the first installment of 51k) on 29th may, then technically when you posted yesterday (9 June) the amount you should have mentioned should have been 51k for the second installment. But you have mentioned.

Sorry for Confusion now i updated the post and i shared this post to know is the issue is with me or some else also facing the same .if its happing with im ok to close the account completely after receiving the 51001 back to my slice account
