Don't tell your card issuer bank that you and merchant are same. Fiserv will surely charge your mdr and some unknown charges but you don't have to pay. Once amount is reversed via chargeback close that current account in which you have taken pos.

No and you can't complaint. It's rule made under RBI direction's only.
Every financial institution that provides payment processing services like pos machina qr code online payment gateway have similar rules

Can only complain if everything is geniune and legit.
Swiping own card at own pos machine can lead to heavy penalty along with merchant deactivation
