Does anyone upgraded to Infinite account variant by maintaining 50k? Share your practical experience on benefits like 2% cashback and their acceptable merchant transactions for those cashbacks.

The max is 25k.

So Infinite users have also been lied to and devalued. Claiming get up to ₹500 cashback as Fi coins when max coins given are only 25K not 30K🤦🏻‍♂️Everyone should at least call customer care 08047485490 plus rant to them and on Xwitter or something 😄

I upgraded to Prime plan (maintaining 1L/month, I did go down till 50k but then now back over 1L) in Feb.

Got 50k FI coins for March spends by spending about 33k.

I was able to redeem 12500 points for a Rs. 250 Amazon Pay GV (3% rewards) twice and now it doesn't let me redeem more. Maybe there is a monthly limit.

My fi account is going to be closed ...they have credit frozen the account for cc bill payment of same pattern transaction...they are asking for employment proof...until they will not unfreeze it is in credit freeze and closing has been initiated after my approval...also virtual debit card is no more free and recent devaluation are not worth for maintaining 50 k in the account...so bye bye Fi
