In my account I maintained 25k and got CB and in my mother account I used to do credit and debit for 2% offer. I got CB but my mother didn't get last time. Is this the reason? Any idea if 50k is the limit or something else because I kept 25k

Yes you need to maintain 50k

I think they've put some internal condition of minimum balance to be maintained. I too am keeping around 40k and getting the cashback.
