Who were able to successfully get compensation from any bank.
TLDR: I had a pending charge of Debit card AMC out of which only 4 rupees was debited since that was all in the account, around Mar-May 2024. In October I have raised a mail to close the account since I could not find the close option on all (iOS), chat section was useless too. No response for a month and then I escalated to their priority email. They did not respond either. Now after few months I raised to RBI. They said theres a pending charge I fought back, they closed the account. Now during compensation they are making all noise that its your fault "You did not pay the debit card charge, now we wont pay nor did any of our systems receive any of your mail". I stuck to it "Why did you not communicate to me clearly that pay and we close, yall chose to ignore. If the mail did not reach to your system its your lookout. And if I was in fault how did you close the account"
Any suggestion how to get them to pay will be useful. Lets keep the thread clean so others can also learn with all valuable inputs.
