Federal Bank credit card only netbanking login

Hi,

Can someone tell me if it's possible to log in to Fedral Bank netbanking if I (only) hold Fedral Credit Card? I don't see any option on their netbanking portal and new sign up asks for bank account number.

My Brother got stuck due to this. He has jupiter account, he got his CC but card section requires transaction rights which is not allowed for Jupiter and possibly Fi accounts (Confirm this if I am wrong). So he changed his mobile number on jupiter the txn rights error removed but the card still not visible.

I on the other hand had nothing with Federal (closed Jupiter some time back) and I am atleast able to see my virtual card on Fedmobile.

It's really frustrating to see a Scheduled bank having poor online infra.
