FD creation on WhatsApp- AXIS, HDFC Bank

Recently helped someone to create FD on WhatsApp.(It has limited function).
Bank Account and Variant they have...
Axis Burgundy. Whatsapp Official no 7036165000
HDFC Imperia. Whatsapp Official no 7070022222

They (Sr Citizen 60+) found it much simple convenient and Manageable.

Asked me to check ✅

Apart from HDFC, Axis, which bank support WhatsApp FD creation ?
(Specially in PSU)
Which bank support PRE Matured breakup of FD on WhatsApp ?
FD Types -( Interest Payout)
In both cases-
1-Single Holder. - Type
2-Joint Holder. - Type

Anyone having any experience or aware of ?

Yes 👍 ICICI have FD Opening as well as Closing both.(Got info from Google AI),
But real experience matters a lot.

Kotak says you can do it via whatsapp. But it's not responding to me at all in WhatsApp.

Normally it can be done via specialised WhatsApp banking number for certain kind of transactions only...

Also, I think that feature (if available) is only for kotak 811 Customers.
