False Hard Inquiry from IndusInd on CIBIL

In August 2022, I got a call from a person saying he was from IndusInd and I was eligible for a credit card, I was not interested at that time, and I can't trust them over calls.
A couple of days later I got Notifications from the IndusInd App saying the same that I was eligible for a credit card, then curiosity kicked in to know which card I was eligible for.

I filled out the form and in the end, it showed no cards available for me.

Now this made a Hard Inquiry on CIBIL.
I mailed IndusInd customer care regarding the same, and they asking for CIBIL Report, can I share that? Any suggestions on what to do?

Go ahead and mail them latest CIBIL.

Also make sure that the email id is genuine.
