facing issue paying credit card bill

hello everyone

is anyone facing issue paying your pnb credit card bill? i'd paid through 2 times each by cred & paytm. everytime amount deducted & got refund after 2 days to my account. what should i do now?

I paid using mobikwik 5 days back, already 72hrs passed as per their credit wait time excluding Saturday and Sunday, still it's not credited, called CC and they asking for UPI account number which amount debited, told it's a Rupay Credit card they are like, What!! They again, Every UPI Should account number, tell me that. Me just disconnected the call. Have to wait for more days.
