Has anyone used the Powermiles credit card for international online transaction. Did you get the 3X reward points for that?

The portal says 3x rewards on International POS and Online spends. But MITC mentioned only international POS spends

Is this devaluation?
It's very confusing. I was going to do an international transaction but the credit card guy told me 8299 (Education MCC) is not applicable for rewards for now anyways, so didn't risk. I am going to make an international transaction and see next month what it shows in the statement.

Ideally yes. But everything is quite unclear with them. I call the cc guy and sometimes email them before doing transactions due to this. Reward points only reflect by the end of the month when statement is generated so won't know until then if the transaction qualfies or not

fair, there are many issues with them currently, hopefully they sort them pretty quick
