Email spam from caratlane not stopping, even after they removed my email mulitple times, complaint going on from a month, they said done but spamed

i have beening reciving spams from caratlane from over a month, i removed unsubsribed it , again recived an email , then rised a complaint over the email, here is the timeline

1. 9 July 2025 raised issue on email for first time
2. 18 July 2025 they replied issue is resolved
3. 22 July 2025 recvd spam again twice in a day, replied on same email chain
4. 22 July 2025 they said mark it as spam so it will go in spam
5. 22 July 2025 i said will not mark as spam, as it is bug at their end , they should resolve this
6. 23 July 2025 they said click on unsubscribe
7. 23 July 2025, i said already ubscribed before this email chain
8. 29 July 2025 again spam recvd , sent on same email chain
9. 4 Aug 2025 , they said issue is resolved
10. 5 Aug 2025, again spam recvd , replied to them same
11. 6 Aug 2025, they said it is escalated further

PS: how to resolve this?
PPS: is there way to compaint on any government portal and get compensation? 😆
