Edge reward points not credited after 5th march

Has anybody recieved edge rewards after 5th march..I made a transaction on 4th march but still points are not credited ..

neither bill for my axis my zone credit card is generated ..It was mentioned by customer care that the billing date is 10th Of every month
However The bill For flipkart axis card is generated which has the same billing date as 10th of every month.

what to do..

Update:
Did fuel 6 days back in hpcl with magnus got ER for it last night
On bill no pump name or fuel comes so that may be the reason
Lets see axis not reverse it

yes got gyftr bonus points for December if that’s what you mean by gyft edge.. not received for traveledge from Feb and grabdeals Nov & Dec.. some have recvd grabdeals upto Dec also..

No we have to bare that
Actually if axis systems sense that it’s fuel then it go for surcharge reversal which won’t get edge rewards
Surcharge is fine we will get milestones and normal rewards which is worth

Mine is related to rental edge rewards they generated one request no referring my issue and asked to wait for 3 working days

Did you/Anyone get a reply, wondering if the rental transaction done on 2/3rd march is gonna counted as a milestone or not?do not want to miss milestones due to some silly excuse from Axis.

Better cover milestones without rent considerations
Post 90 days they say stories and pass on

Similar experience.. got a call from the supposed premium desk after the initial mail stating it'll take longer.. but no timeline since.. interestingly I raised rental ER + the TE 4x both together.. for TE 4x atleast in my case they have given me a date of on or before 6th April right away in the first reply itself. So let's see.

My query - should I make other payments by excluding this 1L transaction to ensure milestone benefits (don't want to miss it)? Have to make an education payment of 1L, which I plan to do on DCB otherwise.

Great, I am still waiting for my Gift Edge 4X November, December is also pending. Raised a complaint to premium experience, they said 1 business day to revert after receiving communication from concerned team. Really disappointing that despite having premium card we are begging with bank for points.

how long does it take for base RP to get credited? i started using magnus from 26th May and did transactions also on that day but dont see any RPs credited till now.
