Double debits on Axis credit card

Hi all,

I have experienced the double debits of a transaction done for flights on All Nippon Airways using Axis Atlas card.

I did transaction on 21-Jul and unsettled transaction did show only 1 debit but as soon as transaction settled it showed me double debits. Axis support guy confirmed that timings of both transactions are same and raised a dispute of double debits.

I am writing this thread just to understand the experience of anyone on the similar matter and have those got resolved. If not, what are next steps.

Happened with me. Even limit deducted.
Don't worry it's a bug and will be resolved automatically
