Does upgrading an Axis Bank Credit card create a new account in CIBIL?

I have Axis Myzone LTF card, now I am getting an offer to upgrade to Axis Neo Rupay LTF card. It shows that the old card will be active as well. So my question is if I take the Neo card, will it create a separate credit account in my CIBIL report?
